Problem: Company needed on-demand employee training for the Learning Management System.
Solution: In conjunction with SMEs, I designed and created an on-demand e-learning course in Rise. New and returning employees are able to use the modules to set up their courses on the Learning Management System according to company policy. Employees can access the training for reference at any time on mobile, tablet, or desktop.

Solution: By creating an informative and engaging training video, employee recycling habits improved and sorting efficacy increased significantly.

Problem: The company needed an engaging lesson to train clients in time management skills.
Solution: I designed and developed an interactive virtual instructor-led lesson using Google Suite, Slides.go, and PearDeck. The comprehensive lesson includes a trainer guide and an interactive slidedeck. The lesson is suited for blended learning or virtual.
